Refund policy

At Vfeshco, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and undergarments
  • Accessories (unless damaged)
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
