3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders or above a minimum cart value.
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Incorrect Address

Vfeshco is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly tampered
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product

We will review and assist you with a replacement or refund.
